Father Alexander

Father Alexander has been involved in pastoral work since he was ordained as a priest at the Catholic University in Lublin, Poland in 1967. After having worked for 13 years as a priest in Poland, he spent ten years as a missionary in Zambia. Father Alexander arrived in England in 1992 and became a member of the Polish Catholic Mission. Since 1992 Father Alexander has been an assistant and then a parish priest of the Polish Parish of Merciful Jesus in Oliver Grove, South East London. Being a faith leader of the constantly growing Polish Parish community as well as the Head of the oversubscribed Polish Croydon-Crystal Palace Saturday School, Father Alexander is actively involved in numerous faith, community and school activities.
